Private Pilot Ground
Earning a private pilot certificate is your first step up the aviation ladder. Our Private Pilot ground school courses will provide the foundation knowledge you need to launch your flight training journey. All Private Pilot courses we offer meet both Part 61 and Part 141 requirements and include over 40 hours of instruction, presentation notes & exercises, Jeppesen syllabus, and ASA Test Prep Guide.
We are currently offering two Private Pilot course schedules that are sure to meet your needs. Our traditional ground school course runs for six weeks, meeting online every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Our express course runs for four weeks, meeting in person every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
Our traditional (6-week) ground school course is $599. Galvin Preferred Services members pay only $499. Our 4-week, express ground school course is $499 retail, and $399 for GPS members.
